Samsung, announced a new mid-range processor that is called Exynos 7904 and will target the market in India. So the company can compete with Chinese manufacturers in this category. Samsung promises high returns at affordable prices.
As the processor is built at 14 nanometers and gives it a margin of price. It will incorporate an eight-core processor with 2 'large' Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and 6 'smaller' Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.6 GHz, which will be more energy efficient. The LTE modem supports up to 600 Mbps download speeds.
The ISP (Image Signal Processor) can support a camera up to 32MP or even 3 cameras in a high-end configuration. It also supports 1080p video recording at 120fps or 4K at 30fps.
