Samsung wants to acquire phone camera start-up Corephotonics?

Samsung plans to acquire an Israeli photo camera company that is more likely to improve the experience of using its devices. This is Corephotonics, which created the oppotic, 5x lossless zoom camera of Oppo.

This is one of Oppo "oldest" partners and no one knows if the possible takeover by Samsung will put an end to it. Indeed, there is a strong rumor that the recently announced Oppo camera with 10x zoom is its creation, and recently created a triple camera with 25x zoom, for which we have no more details. So if the acquisition is finally reached, Samsung will cost about € 131 million ($ 150 million).
