LG Smartphone with 16 Lenses - we'll see it soon ?

A new patent patented in the US by LG shows a smartphone with ... 16 camera lenses on its back, each with different features. And we may never see such a smartphone on the market, but this patent is certainly interesting.

All lenses could draw the same shot at the same time and then the user can choose the best of the shots. Or it could pull an ultra-wide photo and at the same time a bokeh effect, in the same shot. Also, it could receive multi-level depth information or allow many post processing capabilities. 

Also by turning the back of the device towards you, you could pull 16 selfies at once, using a small mirror that would be built in. Imagination to exist, processing power and everything is possible. It is more likely that we will never see such a device in the market, but if it comes out of production, it will probably come from LG.
